More About Logan Giordano

Hey I’m Logan

I grew up in South Florida and all I knew for 19 years of my life was football. I played my whole life with the hopes and dreams of making it to the NFL.

Playing At Eastern Michigan

After receiving a full ride scholarship to play football at Eastern Michigan University, I thought I was one step closer to that dream. Little did I know that would be the end of my career.

Before heading to Michigan, I had surgery on my left shoulder. Coincidentally, a few months into playing at Michigan, I injured my right shoulder and had to get surgery on that one too.

I recovered and was in the best shape of my life, stoked to play the next season. About 30 days before my first game, my left shoulder dislocated. I went back to rehab for a few months, showed up at practice when it had healed, then dislocated it a third time.

After these 3 surgeries I realized my physical and mental health couldn’t take it anymore so I medically retired from the team.

Entering The Personal Training Industry

With a laundry list of injuries and a passion for fitness, I entered the personal training industry. While working at a gym, I quickly realized that a lot of my clients had the goal to look “athletic”.

Being an athlete myself, I knew the exact systems, practices and disciplines that needed to be implemented to achieve an “athletic physique”

I translated everything I knew from training for football into workout programs for my clients, and it worked. I fell in love with being a personal trainer because I got to see real change and growth in the lives of my clients.

Now It’s Your Turn

There’s something so special about being apart of a team- it’s this perfect mix of accountability and healthy competition. I owe a lot of my success to my teammates and coaches who challenged me and called me to a higher standard.

The Varsity Club is my effort to call you to a higher standard.

Let’s get your ass in shape.
